There are two ways to book your spa services: you can book online or, if you would like to receive personalized recommendations, you can contact our Spa Concierge directly at 509-649-6470.
Your treatment arrangements and appointment times are held exclusively for you. If you find it necessary to reschedule or cancel, we respectfully request a minimum notification of 24 hours in advance. Cancellations, changes or missed appointments will be charged at 50% of the treatment price per service if this minimum notification time is not met. No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment price.
Spa services and facility access are available for guests ages 16 and up. Exceptions can be made for youth (ages 7-13) in the salon area for manicure and pedicure services.
Yes, for your convenience, a 20% service charge is applied to all treatments. However, it is adjustable to your preference at the time of checkout.
We recommend you check in 30 minutes prior to your spa service. Arriving early allows you to change and fill out proper health information, enjoy our amenities, and familiarize yourself with our facility. If you arrive late, please note that your treatment will end as previously scheduled as a courtesy to the next guest.
No need to wear anything special, you will be provided with a robe and slippers. It is recommended that you completely disrobe for your spa service — our therapists are trained in proper draping techniques so you will always feel comfortable. Swimwear is required to use the spa amenities.
Digital lockers are provided, however, we recommend you do not bring valuables as Glade Spring Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
For our guests 21 or over, some of our spa services include the offering of a drink as part of your spa experience; however, we request that no more than two alcoholic beverages are consumed on spa property. Additionally, any alcohol you’re provided must be consumed at the completion of your spa services. Wine is also available for purchase by the glass or bottle. There is a $25 corkage fee (per bottle) if you choose to bring in your own wine. These guidelines help ensure optimal results for your spa treatment as well as proper safety for all.
We encourage our guests to make their spa appointments when room reservations are made to ensure that preferred appointment times are available. Appointments are confirmed with a credit card or room number.
We encourage spa guests to bring swimwear and reading material to fully enjoy all that Glade Spring Spa has to offer. Drink plenty of water before and after all spa services, and please do not bring cell phones or laptops to the spa. We also highly discourage shaving within 24 hours prior to body treatments.
