Nelson Lakes
Pack a picnic for a mini-getaway beside sparkling lakes and waterfalls fed by the Cle Elum River. Seasonally stocked, the lakes provide anglers with indigenous trout fishing and paddlers with hours of tranquil kayaking, paddleboarding and canoeing. Don’t forget to recap the day’s adventure with hot cocoa around the firepit.

Love the shops, eateries and buzz of your favorite mountain town? Then get ready for Suncadia Social, a new social and retail hub opening in 2026. There, you’ll be able to grab groceries at a full-service market. Indulge in flavorful, local restaurants. Meet up with friends for coffee, brew and wine tastings. And pick up perfect, last-minute gifts in one-of-a-kind boutiques.

The good life starts with a good education
Each morning when the big yellow bus pulls up, Suncadia parents feel great seeing their kids climb aboard. Children in Suncadia attend schools in the Cle Elum-Roslyn School District, known for high academic expectations and strong community support. The district includes four schools: Cle Elum-Roslyn Elementary, Walter Strom Middle School, Cle Elum-Roslyn High School and Swiftwater Learning Center. Getting your kids to school is a snap with multiple bus stops in our community.

Our residents just love getting together. So in addition to sharing Suncadia’s resort amenities and activities, they’ve started resident-only clubs to build even tighter connections.
