Maybe that’s not quite right — after all, no two days are ever really alike at Suncadia. Not with so many resort amenities to enjoy and wild spaces to explore. But here’s what’s for sure: as a resident, you’ll feel those happy vacation vibes on the daily. Whether you live here year-round or part-time, you’ll discover more balance in your life. And a deeper sense of connection to nature, family and your fellow Suncadians, an active and friendly group that keeps growing in number.
Suncadia is a delightful way to keep your (fill in the blank) New Year’s resolution. Like, get moving. Make time for yourself. Get your kids outdoors and off their screens. Living here, you’ll have four seasons of resort activities at your disposal, from glice skating to spa treatments to axe-throwing. (Because whose life doesn’t need more axe-throwing?)
Keep ‘em coming. That’s how our residents feel about amenities, and we’re happy to oblige. See what’s new for you to enjoy as a true-blue Suncadian.
Pack a picnic for a mini-getaway beside sparkling lakes and waterfalls fed by the Cle Elum River. Seasonally stocked, the lakes provide anglers with indigenous trout fishing and paddlers with hours of tranquil kayaking, paddleboarding and canoeing. Don’t forget to recap the day’s adventure with hot cocoa around the firepit.
Love the shops, eateries and buzz of your favorite mountain town? Then get ready for Suncadia Social, a new social and retail hub opening in 2026. There, you’ll be able to grab groceries at a full-service market. Indulge in flavorful, local restaurants. Meet up with friends for coffee, brew and wine tastings. And pick up perfect, last-minute gifts in one-of-a-kind boutiques.
Each morning when the big yellow bus pulls up, Suncadia parents feel great seeing their kids climb aboard. Children in Suncadia attend schools in the Cle Elum-Roslyn School District, known for high academic expectations and strong community support. The district includes four schools: Cle Elum-Roslyn Elementary, Walter Strom Middle School, Cle Elum-Roslyn High School and Swiftwater Learning Center. Getting your kids to school is a snap with multiple bus stops in our community.
Our residents just love getting together. So in addition to sharing Suncadia’s resort amenities and activities, they’ve started resident-only clubs to build even tighter connections. Clubs make it easy to find your hobby soulmates, whether you lean toward running and pickleball or books and bridge games.
Living at Suncadia puts you close to the Cascade Mountains you love …and luckily, everything else too. Seattle (and all its big city resources) is only 90 minutes away. Cle Elum and Roslyn are right next door, two classic small towns brimming with Eastern Washington charm, art, good food and friendly culture. And if scenic day trips are your thing, the possibilities are endless.
