Property Management

As the Director of Property Management at Suncadia, Nicole brings a wealth of experience spanning various facets of real estate, from managing single-family homes and multimillion-dollar estates to real estate sales and homebuilding. Before joining Suncadia, Nicole served as an estate manager for several prestigious residences, where she expertly handled property maintenance, staff management, budgeting, vendor and contractor coordination, event planning, hospitality services and security measures. This diverse background has honed her skills in research, problem-solving, and logistics, allowing her to deliver exceptional property management services.

Nicole’s vision for Suncadia Property Management is to solidify its reputation as the community’s top choice by fostering a culture of excellence. She is committed to emphasizing personalized service, driving sustainability initiatives, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the guest experience. Nicole is also dedicated to nurturing strong relationships, ensuring owner satisfaction and achieving financial success.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys traveling with her family, embarking on new adventures with her children, and spending quality time with loved ones. Family is her cornerstone, and she is thrilled to raise her daughters amidst the picturesque beauty of Cle Elum.

As the Homes Property Manager, Katie uses her knowledge of vacation rentals along with her excellent communication skills to provide our owners with a one-of-a-kind property management experience. Katie’s career with Suncadia Resort began in 2014 as a banquet server and over the years she continued to be recognized for her work ethic and skills, which led her to various roles including banquet captain and conference service manager. Katie resides in Cle Elum with her 4-year old son, Wiley, and her two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, sipping wine, planning events or spending time with friends and family.

Sarah joined the property management team as our Lodge Property Manager in 2022 after relocating from Portland with her husband and son. Sarah is responsible for communicating, coordinating, and providing quality assurance to our Lodge rental program owners along with the planning of upgrades and other special projects. While not at work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, playing golf, and enjoying a nice glass of wine out in the sun.

Stephanie joined the property management team in 2021 as our Quality Assurance Lead, only to quickly make her way to Assistant Property Manager. Stephanie assists the property managers in day-to-day operations, along with the onboarding of new properties and maintaining website information for all rental properties. Stephanie is a long-time employee of Suncadia Resort and grew up in Cle Elum, making her very familiar with the area and the resort itself. When she is not working, Stephanie enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering at her church and camping.

Jordyn joined the Suncadia community in 2021, immersing herself in several departments, gaining invaluable insights into its needs, values and what makes our resort so special. She is responsible for the stewardship and management of rental homes within Resort Village, building connectivity between all our activity centers and homes that are a short walk away.

Her background combines practical experience with a robust educational foundation from Central Washington University. There, she earned two bachelor’s degrees in Entrepreneurship and Business Administration, specializing in Leadership & Management, along with a minor in Digital Marketing Management. This blend of knowledge and hands-on expertise positions her to bring fresh, innovative approaches to our property management program. She loves cooking & baking, outdoor recreation and gardening, and serving her community with her husband and their church.
