This Privacy Policy for Suncadia Resort, LLC and its wholly-owned businesses named Suncadia Real Estate and Suncadia Management Company (“we,” “us,” or “our”) describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share (“process”) your personal information when you use our services (“Services”) including when you (1)visit our website@www.suncadia.com, any website of ours that links to this Privacy Policy, (2) use our services, and (3) engage with us in other ways, such as sales, management, marketing, or participating in events.

Reading this Privacy Policy will help you understand your privacy rights and choices. We are responsible for making decisions about how your personal information is processed. We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities involving the Services, or otherwise when you contact or transact business with us.

USE OF COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) together other information when you interact with our Services. Some online tracking technologies help us maintain security of our Services, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, and assist with basic site functions.
We also permit third parties and service providers to use online tracking technologies on our Services for analytics and advertising, including to help manage and display advertisements, and to tailor advertisements to your interests. DURATION WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, regulatory compliance, or other legal requirements).
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives, then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

DO NOT TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a “do not track (“DNT”) feature or you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at time.

We have not sold or shared any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose unrelated to a business transaction with you in the preceding 12 months. We may have disclosed personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose that is specifically related to a business transaction with you in the preceding 12 months, such as to complete a sale transaction involving real estate, or the rental management or homeowners association activities relating to real estate that you own or are considering within Suncadia Resort. We will not sell or share personal information in the future belonging to website visitors, users, or other consumers.
Your Rights
You have rights under certain U.S. state data protection laws. However, these rights are not absolute, and in certain cases, we may decline your request as permitted by law. These rights include:

Under certain U.S. state data protection laws, you can designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof that they have been validly authorized to act on your behalf in accordance with applicable laws.
Request Verification
Upon receiving a request, we will need to verify your identity to determine if you are the same person about whom we have information in our system. We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity and for security purposes.
If you submit the request through an authorized agent, we may need to collect additional information to verify your identity before processing your request and the agent will need to provide a written and signed permission statement from you to submit this request on your behalf.
Appeals
Under certain US state data protection laws, if we declined to take action regarding your request, you may appeal our decision by emailing us at discover@suncadia.com. We will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal, including a written explanation of the reasons for the decision. California “Shine The Light” Law
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about the categories of personal information (if any) we have disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
