The Mountain Home Collection

When you like your nature big and your home cozy

Actually, cozy describes the feel more than the footage of these homes. Think charming Mountain Craftsman cabin, but in a thoughtfully liveable range of 2,200-3,500 sq ft. With an authentic Northwest aesthetic of natural stone, exposed beams and board and batten siding. A level of quality found in custom homes, including quartz slab countertops, heated bathroom floors and primary suite fireplaces (the very definition of cozy). And best of all, floorplans designed to bring more nature into your day — from spacious front porches to sunny, high-ceiling great rooms to patios that spill into big backyards sited for privacy and wooded beauty.

Wrapped in a cozy blanket, a person sits in a deck chair on a snowy patio at Suncadia Resort, gently holding their dog. Surrounded by serene trees, they enjoy the tranquil scenery that makes this place feel like home. Experiences

A day in the life of Tumble Creek

Here you are, just over the bridge from the rest of Suncadia, bordered by the trout-filled Cle Elum River. (Yes, the fishing is superb.) As a resident in Tumble Creek’s Domerie Park neighborhood, you’ll wake up to a day of choices. Feel like a sunny 18 on your private Tom Doak-designed course? Tennis or marco polo at the Hill House Swim & Fitness Club? You could also venture over to The Great House & Family Recreation Center for everything from bowling to fine dining. And don’t forget — all of Suncadia is yours to enjoy, including additional golf, pools, trails, restaurants, a winery and even more outdoor pursuits from ice skating to axe throwing. Welcome to private living at its very best.

Location

So close and so away

Once you’re here, surrounded by 6,400 acres of Cascade Mountain forest, it’s hard to imagine: Seattle is just 1.5 hours away. Even closer are our two favorite neighbors, Roslyn (pop. 946) and its bigger sibling, Cle Elum (pop. 2,174). Both delightful towns offer dining, shopping and entertainment brimming with true Eastern Washington flavor. Fun fact #1: Some residents bike the trail over to Roslyn, whose charming main street was the backdrop of the ’90s TV show Northern Exposure (fun fact #2).
