Alhanon Miller
After playing baseball at three collegiate levels in three years, Alhanon spent two years in the Independent League of Professional Baseball. Following his baseball career, he returned to Washington state and his roots in physical fitness, joining Suncadia’s Swim & Fitness Center in May of 2019. His focus is on offering goal-centered, client-specific training programs. When consistently training a client, Al works to help them understand their body, enhance its function, and realize the benefits of continual physical fitness as a lifestyle. He is an ISSA-certified personal trainer with three years of experience in personal training. Al believes that fitness is a baseline essential in an individual’s routine. He notes, “The physical factor is the most immediately freeing, or limiting, to an individual’s life…I train individuals to regain, obtain, or increase that factor of freedom.”
