Founded in 2006, Woodridge Custom Homes quickly became a leader in Suncadia, earning distinction as its first Featured Builder in 2012. Cliff Melby – President/Owner
Cliff Melby brings decades of leadership experience and a passion for craftsmanship to WoodRidge Custom Homes. After a successful career in manufacturing, private investment, and home renovation, he discovered his calling in custom homebuilding. Today, he leads WoodRidge with a focus on exceptional quality, thoughtful service, and strong relationships with clients, trade partners, designers, and the Suncadia community.

Zebulon Way – General Manager
Zebulon Way is General Manager at WoodRidge Custom Homes, bringing more than 20 years of experience in custom homebuilding, remodeling, and project management. He leads the team with a client-first approach, ensuring every home reflects WoodRidge’s commitment to quality and integrity.

Sandra Wright – Design Build Consultant
Sandra Wright guides clients from their first conversation through the design and building process, helping transform ideas into beautifully crafted homes. With more than 12 years of construction experience and a strong architectural perspective, she specializes in site planning, design collaboration, and creating personalized homes that embrace the unique character of Suncadia and Tumble Creek.

Michael Porter – Project Manager

Michael Porter manages each project with precision, organization, and a commitment to keeping every build on schedule and within budget. A graduate of Central Washington University with degrees in Construction Management and Project Management, and a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, he brings disciplined leadership to every WoodRidge home.

Andrea Anderson – Brand Ambassador
Andrea Anderson shares the WoodRidge story by building lasting relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and the local community. As a longtime Kittitas Valley resident, she helps families discover not only the quality of a WoodRidge home, but also the exceptional lifestyle that makes Central Washington such a special place to live.
