Dawson Park is the heart of two of Suncadia’s original neighborhoods — Rope Rider and Prospector — each shaped by years of connection and the irresistible pull of 36 holes of championship golf and a 17‑acre community park. What do you get when you cross a neighborhood park with a mountain resort? Dawson Park, where you’ll find a seasonal activity cabin with complimentary equipment for everything from disc golf to softball. Of course, only your imagination is required for the coal mine-themed play structure. Dawson Park is open from sunrise to sunset. Enjoy complimentary rentals for disc golf, badminton, bocce, flag football, football, tee ball, kickball, soccer, frisbees, croquet, softball, baseball, basketball, tennis and horseshoes.
