As the Homes Property Manager, Katie uses her knowledge of vacation rentals along with her excellent communication skills to provide our owners with a one-of-a-kind property management experience. Katie’s career with Suncadia Resort began in 2014 as a banquet server and over the years she continued to be recognized for her work ethic and skills, which led her to various roles including banquet captain and conference service manager. Katie resides in Cle Elum with her 8-year old son, Wiley, and her two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, sipping wine, planning events or spending time with friends and family.
Sarah joined the property management team as our Lodge Property Manager in 2022 after relocating from Portland with her husband and son. Sarah is responsible for communicating, coordinating, and providing quality assurance to our Lodge rental program owners along with the planning of upgrades and other special projects. While not at work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, playing golf, and enjoying a nice glass of wine out in the sun.
Stephanie joined the property management team in 2021 as our Quality Assurance Lead, only to quickly make her way to Assistant Property Manager. Stephanie assists the property managers in day-to-day operations, along with the onboarding of new properties and maintaining website information for all rental properties. Stephanie is a long-time employee of Suncadia Resort and grew up in Cle Elum, making her very familiar with the area and the resort itself. When she is not working, Stephanie enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering at her church and camping.
