A new chapter of Suncadia has arrived.
Over Summer Solstice weekend, guests, homeowners, local businesses, and community members gathered to celebrate the grand opening of Suncadia Social, officially welcoming Suncadia’s newest destination for dining, shopping, wellness, and connection.
From the moment the ribbon was cut on Friday afternoon, Suncadia Social was buzzing with activity. Live music filled the new space, families gathered on The Green, guests explored the new shops and restaurants, and the weekend was full of opportunities to slow down, connect, and celebrate. Saturday brought everything from yoga and kids’ activities to local musicians and an incredible drone show that lit up the night sky. On Sunday, guests wrapped up the weekend with forest bathing, guided e-bike tours, golf experiences, Father’s Day activities, and one last morning spent enjoying the new space together.
The grand opening was everything we hoped it would be, not just a celebration, but the beginning of a place designed to bring people together.
More Than a Grand Opening
While the festivities have come to an end, Suncadia Social is just getting started.
Now open, Suncadia Social is a vibrant experience where mornings begin with coffee, afternoons are spent browsing the shops, and evenings end with dinner, live music, and time together. When it’s time to eat, gather around the table at G.H. Pasta & Pizza or enjoy a meal at Eldr (opening later this summer).

All summer long, Suncadia Social will be home to Concerts on The Green every Friday and Saturday evening, creating the perfect backdrop for warm summer nights with friends and family. Seasonal events, wellness experiences, and community gatherings will continue throughout the year, making every visit a little different from the last.
