Where Great Coffee and Community Meet

Opening in 2026, Cutters Point Coffee brings its Northwest roots and neighborly spirit to Suncadia Social. Whether you’re grabbing a morning latte before hitting the trails or settling in for an afternoon chat with friends, this cozy new gathering place is designed for connection, comfort, and of course — exceptional coffee.

More Than a Cup of Coffee

Founded in Gig Harbor 30 years ago, Cutters Point Coffee was built on a simple belief: a good cup of coffee can brighten your whole day. Every brew starts with responsibly sourced beans from farmers who share a passion for quality and sustainability. Roasted in small batches to bring out each bean’s unique flavor, it’s coffee you can feel good about — in every sense.

Sip & Stay Awhile

Owner Justin Himenes understands what makes this place special. His vision? A warm, welcoming space where baristas know your name and your order — and where you’re always invited to stay a little longer. With inviting seating, local pastries and ice cream, and a team hired from the surrounding community, Cutters Point is more than a stop — it’s a local staple in the making.
