Originally from the beaches of Santa Cruz, California, she moved to Kaua’i in the early ’90s, where she met her island boy, Kevin, fell in love, and raised their beautiful daughter, Skyler.
With the allure of the great outdoors, a deep passion, and an eye for the extraordinary, they boarded a plane with their daughter (she’s attending UW—Go Huskies!), two Golden Retrievers, their one-eyed cat, and moved to the PNW. Dawn’s career has transitioned from the lush beaches of Kaua’i to the breathtaking mountains of Suncadia. Her commitment to helping clients find their dream homes extends beyond transactions; she strives to create lasting relationships built on trust and expertise.
