John Tedeschibroker
John comes to Suncadia from the Grand Pacific coast…not the Pacific we know and love here, but the coastal city of Wollongong in Australia, poised idyllically along Grand Pacific Drive. Much like the great Northwest, this area is known for its scenic beauty, dense forests, rocky ridgelines, and an iconic mountain range (Illawarra). In fact, the natural rugged beauty of the Cascades Mountains reminded John of his former homeland, a key factor in his decision to settle in Suncadia, where he has been a long-time homeowner.
John has an undergraduate degree from the University of Wollongong and an MBA from the University of Dallas. He then spent 25 years working in senior management in the corporate world, founding a very successful mid-sized technology company. It was during this period that John became a homeowner and resident at Suncadia. He immediately gravitated to the mountain lifestyle and outdoor recreation that abounds on all sides. In fact, it is John’s love and appreciation of the dynamic living experience here that has led him to become a broker at Suncadia, where he can share his love and appreciation for the area with others.

Tony GrahamBroker
Tony is no stranger to Suncadia. Some of you may remember him carrying a golf bag or gathering range balls. After all, he was a golf pro at Tumble Creek before he made the switch to sales: “Easier on the back,” he says.
Tony knows the Cascades well—he grew up in beautiful Cle Elum and attended the University of Washington, graduating with a degree in American Studies and a minor in Human Rights. With a lifelong love for golf, Tony entered the working world as a golf professional here, a position he relished for 10 years. His vast knowledge of Suncadia (and the surrounding regions and towns) is an asset to his guests. He has some great stories and his love for his hometown and Suncadia resonates with guests and owners alike.
Tony is also a big fan of Seattle sports teams: Seahawks, Sonics, Mariners, Krakens, and Sounders, among others. In his spare time, you can find Tony enjoying one of Suncadia’s championship golf courses or spending time with his wife Colette and their dog Oliver. Meet Tony

Tony Butoracbroker
Tony grew up in the small town of Elma, WA. There wasn’t an awful lot to do in Elma, so he spent the majority of his time competing in athletics, from basketball to football, and pretty much everything in between. Tony’s Mom grew up in Wenatchee, and his Dad in Cle Elum. They seemed to always be loading up the family van for another trip to visit grandparents. Many summers were spent in Central Washington camping under the stars, picking huckleberries, foraging for mushrooms, riding mountain bikes, and gathering wood to keep Nona (Tony’s grandma) warm during the cold winters. After high school, Tony attended Central Washington University. While at CWU, he competed in football and track, received a degree in Business education, and met his wonderful wife Randi. After so much time spent in Central Washington, it was apparent that this is where Tony was going to end up living. To this day, he still does all those things he did as a child; the only difference is now he’s got three kids helping him load the wood and eating all the huckleberries.
