Inspired places to disc golf, dink and dawdle
Naturally, all of Suncadia is your playground — but within our 6,400 acres you’ll happen upon special places to enjoy your favorite things. That could be pickleball, skateboarding, playing tennis or chasing all the other dogs (yes, we have a park just for you, Milo).
Dawson Park
Our signature, do-it-all park
At this 17-acre park, guests and residents can play on sports courts that include basketball, pickleball and tennis, and on soccer fields, an 18-hole disc golf course, playground, sledding hill and fields of open space. Year-round special events also keep the park hopping, from kite-flying festivals to holiday tree lightings.
Nelson Farm Park
For kids (and kids-at-heart)
Nelson Farm Playground provides kids with all kinds of nature-inspired ways to climb, swing, spin, slide and generally get their wiggles out. This playground is handily adjacent to Nelson Farm Pump Track, undulating loops that pros and newbies of all ages can bike, skateboard or rollerblade.
Domerie Park
Neighbors that play together…
Situated in the Domerie Park neighborhood within Suncadia’s private village of Tumble Creek Club, this namesake park offers a large grass play field, climbing boulders, pickleball courts and iconic play equipment. For Tumble Creek Club residents only.
Weekley Park
Bring the whole family
Also within the private village of Tumble Creek Club, Weekley Park is a quaint, three-acre park with a tree fort play structure, swings, pickleball and basketball courts, and a beautiful green space for families to gather. For Tumble Creek residents only.
Dawson Dog Park
Playdates for your pups
New four-legged friends await your bestie at Dawson Dog Park. Dogs are welcome to be off-leash in the park, but they must be under verbal control of their companions. Don’t forget, The Lodge offers pet-friendly accommodations and we have more than 40 miles of trails to sniff and explore.
