Jeff Schafer is Owner and President of Merle Inc., bringing more than two decades of experience in custom homebuilding. Passionate about thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and the Upper Kittitas County community, he leads the team in creating homes built to last for generations.

Joey Lashua

Joey Lashua is Senior Project Manager at Merle Inc., overseeing projects from pre-construction through completion. With a background in construction management and years of hands-on building experience, he ensures every home is delivered with quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Heather Jensen

Heather Jensen is Senior Project Coordinator at Merle Inc., serving as the primary communication hub between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team. Her organization and client-focused approach help keep every custom home project running smoothly from start to finish.
