This vibrant dish highlights creamy burrata paired with fire-roasted cherries, complemented by a thyme and pine nut gremolata, local wildflower honey, and toasted house-made focaccia. The inspiration behind this dish comes from the locally sourced honey and Chef Micah’s passion for house-made bread, a combination of love and fire.
