New Construction Sales Activity Continues in Suncadia

Suncadia’s Full Time owners and Vacation Home owners continue to find a welcome escape in their homes during the Shelter in Place orders.  Social Distancing within a 6400 acre community with 40 plus miles of trails has worked well for Suncadia’s current homeowners.  Day hikes to the Cle Elum River Conservancy within Suncadia’s 1200 acre river corridor are hard to beat when seeking calm.

Swiftwater Cellars’ to-go menu and coffee options continue to be very popular. The Resort now has an added to-go menu with their food truck positioned outside the Lodge at Suncadia.  Local favorites such as Basecamp Books and Heritage Distillery continue to offer creative curbside pickup opportunities.

Meanwhile, new buyers continue to seek out and acquire real estate in Suncadia with new construction continually offering the most intriguing opportunities.  Three new construction offerings went under contract in the past week: 181 Ocean Spray, 50 Snowberry, and 250 Kokanee Loop.

181 Ocean Spray went under contract in the framing stages as the buyers look forward to an Autumn completion.  These future owners will have time to select some of the finishes to customize their home with personal touches.

Soon to be completed, 50 Snowberry Loop will provide new owners with a mountain modern feel soaked in southern exposure along a popular Suncadia green belt.
